What does it cost?
If you need a hire vehicle you pay a one-off £15 insurance fee which protects you against the unlikely event that your case goes wrong. For example you won't have to pay your repair and hire charges if the cost cannot be reclaimed from the driver to blame.
If you don't need a hire vehicle then you won't have to pay us a penny.
We look after everything to do with your claim, taking care of all the fuss and bother, and arrange for a specialist solicitor to act on your behalf.
We can get you back on the road as soon as possible by arranging a replacement hire vehicle whilst you are without transport. We reclaim the cost for you from the insurance of the driver at fault.
If your vehicle needs to be repaired we can make all the arrangements so that you don't have to pay the bill yourself even if you are insured Third Party.
If your vehicle is a write-off, or very badly damaged, we can help claim for the cost of replacing your vehicle.
